Shiguping Oolong Tea Introduction

Shiguping Oolong is another famous tea in the Phoenix tea category. The tea tree variety is a shrub-type small-leaf variety with a short tree, dense branches, short leaf nodes, and long petioles; the leaves are dark green, oval or obovate, thin and crisp. Shiguping Oolong Tea Production Process

The budding period of tea trees is in mid-to-late March, and the harvesting period is in late April. The tea picking time is stipulated to be from the morning to 4 pm on sunny days. After the fresh leaves are picked, they are made through 7 processes: sun drying, cooling, shaking, static, killing, rolling, and drying.
