Mengding Shihua Tea Introduction
Mengding Shihua is a famous historical tea produced in Mengding Mountain. It is named because it looks like moss growing on rocks and looks like a flower. This tea won the title of famous and high-quality tea from the Sichuan Provincial Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Department for three consecutive years from 1983 to 1985.

Mengding Shihua Tea Production Process
The buds with unfolded scales are picked around the spring equinox, and the buds are 1.0 to 1.5 cm long. After the fresh leaves are picked, they are spread, withered, stir-fried, shaped, dried, and packaged.
Mengding Shihua Tea Quality Identification
In terms of appearance, the dry tea is flat and beautiful, with sharp tips and silvery buds. The color is emerald green or yellow-green. After brewing, the aroma is rich and the soup is bright yellow.
Mengding Shihua Tea Brewing Method
Mengding Shihua is a delicate and high-quality green tea. It is best brewed in a transparent glass cup using the “bottom-pouring method”. The water temperature should be between 75 and 80℃. The recommended ratio of tea to water is 1:50, and purified water is preferred.
