Dingjun Mingmei Tea Introduction
Dingjun Mingmei is a newly created famous tea, created by the Mian County Silkworm Tea Technical Guidance Station, and passed technical appraisal in 1990. It is named because it is distributed in Dingjun Mountain and its shape resembles the slender eyebrows of a girl.

Dingjun Mingmei Tea Production Process
The leaves are harvested around Qingming Festival, and the length is required to be no more than 3 cm. Special personnel are assigned to inspect and grade them. Special grade leaves are mainly fresh leaves with one bud and one leaf that are just beginning to unfold, accounting for more than 95%; Grade 1 leaves are mainly fresh leaves with one bud and one leaf that are just beginning to unfold or half unfold, accounting for about 80%; Grade 2 leaves are mainly fresh leaves with one bud and one leaf that are half unfolded or fully unfolded, accounting for more than 60%. After the fresh leaves are picked, they are made through processes such as spreading, killing green, refreshing, light kneading, second greening, shaping, and baking.
