Yueyang Dongtingchun Tea Brewing Method
Dongting Spring Tea has delicate buds and leaves, so it is best to use a transparent glass cup to brew it with the “upward pouring method”. The water temperature should be around 80℃ (if you use 100℃ boiling water to brew it, it will destroy the vitamins in the buds and leaves, and make the soup tasteless).
