Ruicaokui Tea Introduction
Ruicaokui is a famous historical tea, created in the Tang Dynasty. It was listed as a tribute in the Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. It was lost after the Qing Dynasty. Production resumed in 1985 and obtained the national geographical indication product in 2011. Because it is produced in the Yashan area, it is also called Yashan tea. Because the main and side veins of the leaves of this tea tree variety have a large intersection angle, which resembles horizontal texture, it is called horizontal stripe tea.
