Xiangjian Tea Introduction

Xiangjian tea is a famous historical tea. It is the general name for Xiangjian No. 1, 2 and 3, which were respectively called “Tianjian”, “Gongjian” and “Shengjian” in history. Among them, Tianjian has the best quality. Tianjian and Gongjian were listed as tributes in the Qing Dynasty.

Different grades of Xiangjian tea use different raw materials. Xiangjian No. 1 requires tender raw materials with good color and stripes, mainly using first-grade black tea raw materials; Xiangjian No. 2 uses second-grade black tea raw materials; Xiangjian No. 3 uses third-grade black tea raw materials. It is made through screening, wind selection, picking, high-temperature steaming, rolling, baking, piling, packaging and other processes.
