Yingde Black Tea Introduction

Yingde black tea is a newly created famous tea, created by Guangdong Yingde Tea Factory in 1959, hence the abbreviation “Yinghong”. Yingde City has high mountains in the north and rolling hills in the south. Yingde Black Tea Production Process

Yunnan large-leaf tea and Phoenix Narcissus tea are used as raw materials. One bud and two leaves or one bud and three leaves are picked in March and April every year. The fresh leaves are made through withering, rolling, fermentation, rough fire, full fire and other processes, and follow the process principles of light withering, heavy rolling and cutting, moderate fermentation and fast drying (proposed by Professor Luo Pu {.gaiji}), to ensure the richness, strength and freshness of the black tea.
