Taiwan Oolong Tea

Dongding Oolong Tea

Dongding Oolong Tea, commonly known as Dongding Tea, is a famous semi-fermented Baozhong tea in Taiwan, named after the Dongding Mountain where it is produced. The Qingxin Oolong tea trees on Dongding Mountain are the main raw material of Dongding Oolong. The annual average temperature of the production area is 22℃, with abundant water, lush vegetation, and clouds all year round, which is very suitable for the growth of tea trees. However, due to the steep mountains and forests, it is not easy to pick, so the output is limited and it is particularly precious.
