Bamboo Tube Tea Production Process
The picking standard is one bud and two leaves or one bud and three leaves. There are two ways to make bamboo tube fragrant tea: one is to put the fresh leaves that have been withered and rolled into a tube of tender sweet bamboo (also known as fragrant bamboo or golden bamboo) that has only grown for one year, and dry them over a slow fire; the other is to put the first-grade sun-dried green tea into a small rice steamer with glutinous rice at the bottom and steam it until soft, then put it into a bamboo tube and slowly dry it over a slow fire. This bamboo tube tea has the fragrance of tea, the fragrance of sweet bamboo and the fragrance of glutinous rice, and has a unique flavor.
