Xiangqi Yunwu Tea Introduction
Xiangqi Yunwu is one of the special famous teas in Guangxi Province. It is produced in Xiangqi Mountain, 967 meters above sea level, in Wenzhu Township, more than 40 miles northwest of Zhaoping County. Tea trees are mainly distributed on the hillside about 700 meters above sea level. According to the “Zhaoping County Chronicles”, “Xiangqi Mountain is vast and produces famous teas with excellent taste.”

Xiangqi Yunwu Tea Production Process
The tea is harvested around the Qingming Festival. The picking standard is that the first-grade tea has one bud and one leaf, the first-grade tea has one bud and one leaf, and the second-grade tea has one bud and two leaves. After picking, it goes through the processes of spreading, killing, sieving and cooling, rolling into strips, drying, re-rolling to tighten the strips, frying to shape, and drying thoroughly.
