Xiangbolv Tea Introduction
Xiangbo Green is a newly created famous tea produced in the Experimental Tea Factory of Hunan Tea Research Institute. This tea was developed by Hunan Tea Research Institute in 1961 to adapt to the market after the successful development of Gaoqiao Yinfeng famous tea in 1959. This tea has been rated as a provincial famous tea many times since 1981.

Xiangbolv Tea Production Process
The fresh leaves with one bud and two leaves just unfolding are picked around the Qingming Festival. The leaves with insect damage and purple and red buds are not picked. After the fresh leaves are picked, they are processed through more than ten processes including killing green, cooling, initial kneading, initial drying, re-kneading, re-drying, striping, lifting, cooling and baking.
