Yingshan Yunwu Tea Introduction
Yingshan Cloud Tea is a newly created famous tea, originally named “Heaven Cloud Tea”, created in 1990. Yingshan Yunwu Tea Production Process
Spring bamboo shoots use whole buds, which are of the best quality; Spring rui uses fresh leaves with one bud and one leaf that are just beginning to unfold, which are of medium quality; Spring ming uses fresh leaves with one bud and one or two leaves that are just beginning to unfold, which are of average quality. After being picked, the fresh leaves of spring bamboo shoots are made through processes such as spreading green, killing green, stir-frying the second green, stir-frying the third green, and re-drying. Spring rui, spring ming, and blue sword are mostly rolled.
