Jintan Queshe Tea Introduction
Jintan Queshe is a newly created famous tea, created in 1982, named after its shape resembling queshe. The tea is rich in ingredients, with high content of water extract, tea polyphenols, amino acids and caffeine. In 1987, it was rated as “National Famous Tea” by the Ministry of Commerce; in 1988, it won the gold medal at the first China Food Expo; in 1990 and 1991, it was confirmed as “National Famous Tea” by the Ministry of Commerce twice.

Jintan Queshe Tea Production Process
The picking is around Qingming Festival. The picking standard is bud buds and fresh leaves with one bud and one leaf just beginning to unfold, with the length of buds and leaves less than 3 cm. The buds and leaves are required to be evenly tender and have the same color. After the fresh leaves are picked, they are spread out, withered, cooled, shaped, and dried.
Jintan Queshe Tea Quality Identification
In terms of appearance, Jintan Queshe Tea is flat and straight, with even strips shaped like a sparrow’s tongue. The dry tea is green in color. After brewing, the internal aroma is refreshing, the soup is bright green, and the taste is fresh.
