Pubu Xianming Tea Introduction

Spring tea is harvested before Qingming Festival and ends in mid-April; autumn tea is harvested from late September to mid-October. The standard for special-grade tea is one bud and one leaf; the standard for first-grade tea is one bud and two leaves. After the fresh leaves are picked, they are processed through the processes of withering, cooling, rolling, arranging, shaping, and drying.
