Jingshan Tea Introduction
Jingshan Tea is a famous historical tea that has been restored in modern times. Jingshan Tea History
Jingshan tea originated in the Tang Dynasty and became famous in the Song Dynasty. It has been listed as “tribute tea” since the Song Dynasty. In 1978, the production of Jingshan tea resumed. Jingshan Tea Production Process
The picking standard is one bud and one leaf or one bud and two leaves just beginning to unfold. The leaves are picked around the time of Grain Rain, and the quality is generally better before Grain Rain. After the leaves are picked, they are spread out, cooked in a small pot, cooled with a fan, gently kneaded to break up the pieces, initially baked and cooled, and dried over a slow fire.

Jingshan Tea Quality Identification
The quality grades of Jingshan Maofeng tea are mainly divided into special grade, first grade, second grade and third grade. Many people think that Mingqian tea is the best, but for Jingshan tea, Mingqian tea is mostly early-maturing varieties, and the best variety is “Jiukeng” mined during the Qingming Festival. Jingshan Tea Brewing Method
Jingshan tea is best brewed in a transparent glass cup with water temperature between 80 and 85 degrees Celsius. It is best brewed using the “top pouring method”, that is, first pour water, then add the tea leaves, and watch the tea leaves (two leaves and one core) slowly sink to the bottom of the cup like flowers scattered by a fairy.
