Zhejiang Longjing Tea Introduction
In November 2001, the state approved the expansion of Longjing tea production areas into three major areas: Xihu District, Qiantang District, and Yuezhou (Shaoxing) District. The tea produced in the 168 square kilometers of the Xihu production area (nearly 20,000 mu of tea gardens) is called Xihu Longjing, while the tea produced in the other two areas is commonly known as Zhejiang Longjing.

Zhejiang Longjing Tea Production Process

Zhejiang Longjing Tea Quality Identification
